Q: Do you allow pets in your caravans?
A: We accept a maximum of 2 x small dogs OR 1 x medium dog (labrador sized) in our specific dog friendly caravans ONLY. We do however, accept Registered Support Dogs in any of our caravans providing you have the necessary certificates.
Q: Do you have any caravans adapted for the disabled?
A: Yes, we have three sea front caravans and one mountain view caravan specially adapted for the disabled. They have a ramp up to the balcony, wider interior and exterior doors for wheelchair access. All four caravans have different specifications to suit individual needs so please call Reception before booking so we can help match which caravan would best suit you.
Q: Do you hire linen?
A: Yes, we can hire out bed linen sets. Please ask when booking.
Q: How many people do your caravans sleep?
A: Our 4 berth caravans sleep max 4 people. Some have 1 x double bedroom + double sofa bed in the lounge. Others have 1 x double bedroom + 1 x twin bedroom.
Our 6 berth caravans sleep max 6 people. All have 1 x double bedroom, 1 x twin bedroom + double sofa bed in the lounge.
Our 8 berth caravans sleep max 8 people. All have 1 x double bedroom, 2 x twin bedroom + double sofa bed in the lounge.
Q: What bedding do you provide?
A: We provide duvets and pillows in all of our caravans. Sea front caravans and adapted caravans also come with all bed linen as standard. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers if you are staying in any of our 4 berth, 6 berth or 8 berth standard or mountain view caravans. We do not provide towels.
Q: What happens if I am late arriving?
A: If you think you may arrive after our Office closes, please telephone us on 01341 247301. Give your full name and reservation number to one of our Receptionists and they will leave your key behind the bar in our New Horizons Club on site. When you arrive, please pay your deposit to one of our bar staff who will then release the keys to you.
